The reference desk of the library is situated near the loan desk. The user who wants to ask questions about the Library or any other information can use this service. The Library staff here can help the user locate books, journals or other resources. The staff can help the user search from the OPAC, CD-ROM databases, or the Internet. Besides at the reference desk, the Library staffs in the Service room and the Interlibrary Loan Service room can help to answer questions about the searching in the Library.

At Level 3 of the Library, there is also OPAC, CD-ROM, and Internet searching. The Library staff at Level 3 can help the user find the Library resources or answer questions about the Library services as well.
